Getting There
The event is held at Whisper: 2225 Eddie Williams Rd, Johnson City, TN. This is a private event and may only be accessed with a secured ticket. Tickets are available via RSVP with limited capacity. Once capacity is reached, no additional access or entry will be permitted without a pre-reserved ticket.
Keep an eye on your inbox — a pre-event email with full directions, parking info, and arrival tips will be sent closer to July 4th.
PARKING: On-site parking is available. Please arrive early — the lot fills quickly after 7 PM.
CARPOOLING: We strongly encourage carpooling to keep traffic smooth on arrival roads.
Food & Drinks
Food Trucks, Beer & Selzters will be available for purchase (with a valid 21+ ID, which you must present)
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted under any circumstances. Guests found with either will be asked to leave.
- Payment methods vary by food truck; some may accept cash and/or card.
What to Bring
- Your ticket (printed or on your phone)
- A valid photo ID
- Comfortable shoes
- No lawn chairs or blankets are permitted
- Bug spray for late evening
- A camera — you'll want to remember this one
- Seating and designated dining areas will be provided
- Clear Bags ONLY policy - only clear bags will be allowed inside the event
Outside alcohol, coolers, pets, and professional camera equipment are not permitted on the property.

Are children welcome?
Absolutely — America’s Bash is a family event. All ages are welcome. Children under 5 are free with a ticketed adult.
what if it rains?
The event is rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, we will communicate updates to all ticket holders via email.
Where do I check in?
There will be a check-in tent at the main gate entrance. Have your ticket ready — printed or on your phone.
